Is my advisor a real person?
No. Retirfy advisors are AI, powered by Google's Gemini Live for voice and video. They work from your profile and Retirfy's planning engine, and we tell you that up front.
Is this financial advice?
Retirfy is educational planning. Your advisor gives clear recommendations about your plan (when you can retire, how much to save, whether a decision helps or hurts), but it doesn't pick securities, file taxes, or draft legal documents. For those, it tells you exactly what to bring to a professional.
What happens to my information?
Your profile is stored in your account, not shared or sold. We never ask for Social Security, bank or account numbers, and we remove them if you type them. You can download or permanently delete everything from your account page.
How does a session work?
Pay once for a 30-minute session, pick an advisor, and start the call. The clock only runs while you're connected, so if you hang up early, the rest stays available for 7 days.
Do I need a camera or microphone?
A microphone lets you talk out loud. You can also type. Your camera is optional and never leaves your device.
